Six Sided Siege
Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 30, 2026
Six Sided Siege ("the game," "we," "us," or "our") is created and operated by Mad Science Software B.V. This Privacy Policy explains how the game handles information when you play it. By playing Six Sided Siege, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Summary
We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. The game has no accounts, and your progress is saved only on your device. The game is free and supported by ads, which are served by Google AdMob. Google may collect information from your device to show and measure those ads, as explained in Section 3, and you control how that happens.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information. Six Sided Siege does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, or location, and it does not use analytics of its own.
Your saved game. Your matches, campaign progress, daily streak, and settings are stored in the game's own storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Deleting the game deletes them.
3. Advertising
Six Sided Siege shows a banner ad and offers optional rewarded videos, which you can choose to watch for extra dice in a match. These ads are provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To show ads, prevent fraud, and measure how ads perform, Google's software in the game may collect:
- device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, the advertising ID on Android) and app set ID;
- your approximate location, derived from your IP address;
- how you interact with ads, such as views and taps;
- diagnostic information, such as crash and performance data.
We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you. Google handles it under its own policies:
Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
How Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Your choices.
- Consent. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Help → Credits and privacy → Privacy choices.
- Tracking on iOS. On iPhone and iPad, the game may ask permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, ads are still shown, but they are not personalized using your device's advertising identifier. You can change this later in your device's Settings.
- Advertising ID on Android. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings, under Google or Privacy.
Ads are never required to play. Declining consent or tracking doesn't limit the game.
4. Third-Party Services
Aside from Google AdMob (described above), Six Sided Siege is distributed through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. These platforms may independently collect information such as download and crash data under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
5. Children's Privacy
Six Sided Siege is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store your personal information, there is no personal data held by Mad Science Software B.V. for us to access, correct, or delete.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR, and if you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. For information collected by Google for advertising, you can use the consent and device settings in Section 3, or exercise your rights directly with Google using the links there.
7. International Users
Mad Science Software B.V. is established in the Netherlands. Six Sided Siege is available internationally. Because we do not collect personal information, no personal data is transferred to or stored by us across borders. Google may process advertising data in other countries under its own policies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the game adds a feature that handles information differently. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the game after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
